She’s also the founder of yogawardinternational.com which uses the ancient principles of yoga to improve our mental & physical health. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with The Yoga and Ayurveda Center in Bangor, PA, USA & her 300-hour advanced training with the Vedansha Institute of Vedic Science in Rishikesh, India. She is registered with Yoga Alliance in the US, Yoga Alliance Professionals in the UK and Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (“Y12SR”).
