As regular travellers through Bristol Airport, we have become familiar with many of the parking options available.
Something Not So Familiar
However, on our last journey we thought we’d try one of the less familiar names to see what was on offer. Using APH we booked a meet and greet service from Forge Meet and Greet. Based at one of the local small hotels we weren’t really sure what we were going to encounter.

Our booking through APH served as a kind of reassurance as surely they wouldn’t want to take any chances with lesser known providers.
Efficient and Smooth
Luckily our fears were unfounded. From the point of booking through to driving away after our arrival back, everything went smoothly. We called in about 20 minutes before our arrival at the airport. We were then told where to drop the car off. Likewise, when our flight home landed and our bags had been collected we contacted Forge and their driver dropped the car pretty much where we left it.

See and Be Seen
There’s one comment that may help others in the future, It would be for Forge Meet and Greet to have some kind of branding or uniform. This would allow customers to recognise them more easily. A simple sign held up, or an item of clothing with ‘Forge Meet and Greet’ visible would make life a lot easier for the customer. This is especially relevant when the drop off area is as busy as it often gets at Bristol.
Overall, it was an affordable, efficient and reliable service though. We would definitely use it again. Forge Meet and Greet was booked through APH (Airport Parking and Hotels). Check out all the extras and services they offer here.
