Lots of new Beauty Must-Haves here and a few other bits and bobs! Nookary have loads of brilliant eco-friendly refillable cleaning products so it’s well worth noting their website.
I’ve been trying out the new Groove Pillow from GroovePillows.co.uk as I’ve been really struggling with neck pain recently. Every morning my head, neck and shoulders hurt so much. My Pain Management Consultant mentioned trying out different pillows as painkillers, steroid injections, you name it, nothing works for me. The Groove didn’t work brilliantly for my neck condition, as it happens, but lo and behold, my neighbour’s neck is the best it’s ever been! Win some, lose some …

Nookary
Nookary do eco-friendly probiotic cleaning refills which are out-of-this-world! To start with, the reusable bottles alone look gorgeous sitting in my kitchen. They are lovely brown glass apothecary-like bottles. There are no harsh chemicals in the products and they last seemingly forever. I’ve been using the multi-purpose spray and the carpet & upholstery cleaner for a while now and am about to dip into a few of their other products. Will keep you updated.
Coluri Watches
My oh my! If you’re a fan of vibrant colours and products that make you grin from ear to ear, the you’ll love COLURi. I have a couple of their super-stylish watches and have been wearing them to death since I had them. One is silver with a purple face and a silver mesh strap. The other has a sunny, smiley, warm yellow face with a matching strap. As you all know, my favourite colour is yellow, so you can imagine how happy this watch makes me. I can’t put it any better than the COLURi website which proclaims:”

HADO LABO
HADO LABO Repair Night Cream is one of the first night creams I’ve been able to use regularly. I find most night creams a tad too thick and greasy for my skin but this one feels ‘just right’. You feel like you’re giving your skin a treat when you put it on. My skin feels lovely in the morning too which is always a sign of a good night cream. I wear their everyday moisturiser as well and can’t fault it. Why not try the brand for yourself!
Go Emu
Funshine Bags – what a lovely name for a product! I’m off on holidays tomorrow and have a fab new Dry bag from Go Emu for the beach. I also have one of their sustainable, microfibre beach towels which fold small and dry big! I love that they’re made out of around 50 plastic bottles and are recyclable! The fact that the towels are quick-drying is an added bonus! All the products come in zany colours and are super-affordable.
Fenjal
A Fenjal bath is always a good bath! I love a nice, long soak in a deep bath and Fenjal Classic Creme Bath Oil is my all-time favourite bath product.
I also love layering my products so using the Fenjal Classic Body Lotion after a bath makes the fab scent last all day. Fenjal smells divine and special but comes well within most budgets. Try it, I think you’ll love it.
Look Fabulous Forever
I’m a huge fan of Look Fabulous Forever who make products for women of a certain age. Frankly I love every product I’ve tried and always re-buy them when they run out.
I was so pleased when they introduced their Soft Eyeliner. It works a dream and doesn’t drag across the delicate skin on our eyes.
It lasts me all day and I love it so much, I have the eyeliner in three colours. Forest Green is my go-to but the Ocean Blue comes a close second. The Deep Plum doesn’t suit me quite as well as the other two but it’s good to get out of your comfort-zone now and again.
The Hair Boss
Heat Protection Hairspray
I love this heat protection hairspray from The Hair Boss. And once you’ve tried products from The Hair Boss, you’ll see what I mean.
Not only does this hairspray give you hold on your hair to keep your hair in check, it also contains heat protection for up to 230°C so you can spray and protect as you style. My hair is quite fine and can be quite fragile so I have to use some form of heat protection. This one is perfect.
The Blonde Brightener
Speaking of the The Hair Boss, another one of their must-have products is The Blonde Brightener. It’s a pre-shampoo spray that removes mineral deposits from your hair to brighten your blonde.
It’s basically a detoxifying (clarifying) treatment and I’ve found that it really illuminates my highlights.
