We found this fudge recipe on Suzy Pelta’s amazing site. I remember Suzy winning Lorraine’s Cake Club Competition back in 2012 and I check her site regularly for great recipes. Susy’s Chocolate and Banana Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting is something else! Yummy!

This is a dead easy fudge to make. It's called Cheat's Fudge because there's no sugar boiling and all the other long-winded stuff involved.
- 450 g Nutella
- 397 g Tin of Condensed Milk
- 75 g Icing Sugar sifted
- 100 g Chopped Hazelnuts optional
Grease and line a 20cm square tin or a 25cm x 18cm brownie tin, leaving an overhang of parchment on two sides, so that you can lift the fudge out easily.
Melt the Nutella and condensed milk together in a big saucepan.
Take the pan off the heat and stir to loosen from around the edges.
Add in the sifted icing sugar carefully and stir the mixture until it's thick and combined.
Pour the fudge into the prepared tin, making sure it covers the whole base. The fudge starts to set really quickly, so you want to minimise the amount of spreading that you have to do.
If you are using them, then sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the top and push them into the fudge slightly.
Let the fudge cooland then pop it into the fridge to cool overnight.
Once the fudge has set, run a knife along the edges of the tin to loosen the fudge and lift the baking parchment to remove the fudge easily.
Cut into squares and eat! Enjoy!
